Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped in discreet packaging.

Regular Shipping – Continental US (5-7 business days from order date):
• $0.01 – $50.00 total purchase: $7.99
• $50.01 – $98.99 total purchase: $9.99
• $99.00 and up: Free regular shipping

Regular Shipping – Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico (7-9 business days from order date):
• $0.01 – $50.00 total purchase: $9.99
• $50.01 – $98.99 total purchase: $12.99
• $99.00 and up: Free regular shipping

Expedited Shipping – Continental US:
• 2-3 business days from order date to most locations: $24.99

Expedited Shipping – Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico:
• 3–5 business days from order date to most locations: $29.99

Expedited shipping is available for items shipped from our primary warehouse. However, if your order includes items fulfilled from multiple locations, it may default to standard ground shipping to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery across shipments.

On rare occasions, you may see two separate shipping charges—usually when one of the split shipments doesn’t hit our free shipping threshold of $99. We get that’s frustrating, and we’re here for you. If this happens, just drop us a line at support@purepleasureshop.com, and we’ll gladly refund the lesser of the two shipping charges.

Heavy and extra-large items will have a shipping surcharge. These charges will appear in the cart when such items are selected.
